My Story

Becoming a personal trainer was never something I imagined I would do when I was younger. I have always enjoyed exercise and staying active, and I also achieved a black belt in karate, but I never expected fitness to become such an important part of my life.
My journey really began when I decided to improve my own fitness. At first, I struggled with motivation and consistency. There were days when I did not feel like exercising, but over time I learned that progress comes from discipline and consistency rather than simply waiting to feel motivated.
As I became stronger and more confident, I discovered how much I enjoyed helping other people with their own fitness journeys and supporting them in reaching their goals.
This inspired me to study and qualify as a personal trainer, where I developed my knowledge of exercise, nutrition and anatomy, as well as how to support and encourage people in achieving their individual goals.
